My dog, like many dogs, has bad breath. I think her breath is uniquely bad because she likes to express her anal glands into her mouth. It's vile. I've tried the dental sticks and bars, and they gave her horrible diarrhea because they often contain a lot of oil that upsets her GI system.Dental strips seem to work well, and keep her breath fresh for several hours after. If I didn't know where her mouth had been I would even let her lick my face. So I give her one before any guests come over.I've also tried their calming melts and those chill her out really quickly for a few hours. Only downside is that it's a lot of packaging, but I do like how portable it is. I can take one strip with me if we go out together.
